Kenwood DMX4707s custom background install

I got it to work. finally! Thank you for actually doing this. I really appreciate it. i Have been trying to figure it out since January. Idk if it was something to do with the update, but once i got it updated after it bricked on me. it worked first try.

Thank you for doing this.. and thank you for all of your DMX4707S videos.. been watching them all. I figured out how to change the background screen.. now I'm trying to change the opening splash screen from the "Kenwood" to something custom. Earlier models were able to be updated using a txt file and a 16 bit bmp file, but I'm not certain how to do it on this model. What I did also figure out today was how to go into the secondary menu and move something like the radio or XM radio down to the bottom row so that it is always visible as an option without going to that secondary menu. Anyway.. thank you for all the vids. I'm going to pick up a higher level Kenwood for my other car and I hope I can change the splash image there. Oh yeah and I subscribed!

Thank you for the feedback and of coarse subscribing! Interesting topic on changing the power on splash screen away from Kenwood to something else. I like that and will see if I can figure that out. I will also see about moving the icons around like you mentioned.

Does the photo have to come from a U s b drive? I would really like to be able to transfer an image from my phone

I installed all new speakers and tweeters with kicker 12s running off the kicker CX800. Then i have the door speakers running off the kicker key 200.4. I feel like i should be getting more juice or a cleaner sub if you will. I have it all ran correctly too. I just don't know how to tune the actual sub and amp. The key tunes everything else though.
