Do you have the part number for the relay you saudered on also why did the video end with out you showing if it fixed your issue ?

The relays in that module are not rated for power windows. Especially in the snow belt where windows freeze closed.

Yes there is in the fuse panel under steering wheel it usually blows because this relay fails in up or down over working motor and blowing the fuse
