Due to heavy rains in country Kenya. Rivers have bursted their banks because of huge volumes of water. The meteorology department reported that this kind of heavy downfall was last recorded in 1963

When people grab rivers passway this is what happens,this houses are built where the river was , you grab the river routes then when the rains comes they treat you the same way,and that's what's happening here.

Poleni but athi river whenever it rains heavily since time immemorial has been spilling over and flooding upto that crystal river area, when the construction was ongoing us who have stayed there for long wondered what would happen when it flooded, county government should try to construct high walls to prevent the river from spilling over and also do like what they did on the tributary passing near sunset boulevard, crystal river situation can be corrected on the other hand green park residents have no recourse

@@MamaJoy254 thats the issue ,i lived near the longest river in europe each time it rained for long we were glued to the weather forecast.It won't be the last time ,sad to say.
