The iron gate at the very front door of the apartment doesn't speak well for security. What are the bars for? Are thieves and bandits roaming the halls of the complex? Is "home invasion" a concern in this building, at this asking price?

94110mission seriously what’s your obsession with Kenya bro? Considering that we are a developing country,house alarms & cameras aren’t a cheap option. I live in the US & the home invasions are up. Iron gates & windows are our cheap versions of your security systems. So what’s up with that & your security?

the colours are too dark and the furniture is too standard they could have done better for 250000$

Kenya is a funny place, you have very affluent people living large even by western standards, and on other end, the have nots living in abject poverty.

Name a developing country where that is not the case.

+Jahkaya...In Kenya the extremes are not only mind boggling, but utter pathetic and shameful. This is a country where many still study under trees where mind boggling sums of money are wastefully spend like today launching of a new political party.

That's changing, the millions moving into the middle class means less and less poor people.
@davismate69998 жыл бұрын
+Miles...that is NOT true...what does even middle class mean in a country like Kenya? Fact is, its the privileged, the wealth to do - mostly due to mega corruption that takes place there, that are becoming more and more filthy rich. How on earth can you have an apartment costing $200,000 -and that is not even the most affluent or expensive to this class of well to do - in a country where many survive on about $2 or maybe $3 a day?

DAVIS MATE It's the same in most developing countries. Even in countries like Russia.
