The previous admiration had worked out a good deal with Consortium of South Korean, Qatar and Japanese firms that included Toyota. As well as leasing agreements with hotel chains like Hilton and Marriot. The thing would have paid for itself by creating one of the largest duty free zones where people could even spend weeks on lay over and still work or party.
