For your information when jinja powerline was to be constructed,kenya contributed to its being financially if you don't know and we still pay in cents in what part kenya played..nevertheless we ave invested in production of electricity namely hydro, geothermal name them so Ugandan line is just a surplus that we played part in its being long ago..try to find out bcoz you will be mistaken that if you cut that line we will be troubled,as a country we ave our major line..very sorry
