President breaks protocol allowing Raila Odinga to speak after him

President Uhuru Kenyatta altered today's Jamhuri Day celebrations protocol and invited ODM leader Raila Odinga to speak after his address. The head of state termed Odinga as an instrumental figure in his second term. And as Stephen Letoo reports, President Kenyatta has in the last two months given hints that Odinga could be his preferred successor.
