Hello, beloved Kenyans. Am not a Kenyan, but lived in Kenya since 1976, in and out of the country often. I gave my daughters in marriage to Kenyans. I have sons-in-laws and grandchildren who are Kenyans. When Kenya bleed I hurt. This is my humble grandma advice to Kenyans: 1. You all have to do sacrificial acts possible to do away with debts. How? Those in government that can survive without one month salary, give it up to contribute to debts. 2. Business people, Churches, all common mwananchi, do Harambee. Put funds collected in one month towards paying the debts. If one month isn’t liberating you from the “lion” that is roaring from your backyard (debt), keep doing just that until done. Your diaspora community can chip in too as to save home. Finally, fight corruption - the mother of all curses! I remain praying for Kenya. Once done with paying debts, build on unity and common development interests. God bless Kenya!

The greatest duty for Kenya that Mr.Ruto can perform, voluntarily while he yet has the time on his side; is to initiate an exit plan timetable. Ideally that leads to a general election,by August 2025, in which he shall not be a participant. This Gen Z matter is not a passing cloud.

If they could just do what needs to be done! The demands of the youth are out there and very clear - just do it.
