If the Roads at Utawala are being made Iam Happy Imagine leaving a Car at Utawala shopping Centre after raining coz the Roads are impassible sometimes I think it was a mistake to own a Home at Utawala coz there are no Roads. What about the Clean Water? we do not av clean water, since the water is Salty we av to buy water! I do not stay there but am there once a year but am always frustrated coz of water and Roads
