Taxation focus on formal sector. Paying tax is not a problem but, what services do Kenyans get from paying the tax. I work in UK My tax is about 35% . But health is free, education is free, job seekers allowance if out of work, child benefit , house if am homeless, disability allowance if am in well, tax credit if I have children and in work, roads are carpeted, police are available if you called, ambulance and paramedics if unwell within 10 minutes , what does Kenya give its citizens. Our taxes are not justified . Period !

Very disappointing - when you join Ruto, your brain fries and you can’t even answer easy and simple questions. Mureithi, payslips are highly taxed - when will you tell that thief at state house to reduce this burden? Simple, answer that question and stop gaslighting

8 millions carrying over the rest of the population . Only 3 million are taxed. So these 3 million carry the rest of the population. Do landlords pay taxes? Etims won’t help, if government provide services , people would become compliant . Tell me why a Kenyan should pay tax for a few to spend it carelessly?
