KENYAN KEBAB RECIPE/How To Make Fluffy Kebabs Restaurant Style At Home/Step By Step

Kebabs are a specialty of my country and are the perfect savoury breakfast,midmorning or late evening snack. You can prepare the mixture a day before to give you an easy time when you want us to use them for breakfast, they are easy to prepare and taste amazing when served homemade tomato chutney sauce to dip into and some fresh coleslaw 😋
INGREDIENTS
-500gms grounded beef
-1 bulb onion
-Dhania /corriander
-1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
-3 cloves garlic 1/2tsp
- ginger 1/2 tsp
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
-1/2 tsp paprika
-2 green chili peppers ( optional
-1/2 tsp cumin powder
-1/2 tsp cumin seeds
-1/2 tsp thyme (dry leaves
-1/2 rosemary (dry leaves
-1/2 tsp oregano (dry leaves
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
FOR COATING
-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs ( beaten)
- pinch of salt
- enough oil to deep fry
