Yall buggin, Oxtail is the best meat out of all the meat. Plus what's so wrong with the softness of oxtail meat? But the oxtail taste is great. The oxtail meat is more expensive then the other meat.

In their culture I don’t think they like soft tender meat that cook well done…. They rather to tear the meat up cannibalism style I’ve noticed when i watched other African videos

Rice and peas is cooked with coconut milk as well. Jamaicans also cook with pepper. Curry goat is often tines really spicy . Some restaurants use less pepper because not everyone can tolerate pepper

There is so many Jamaican take out and restaurants in my area of Brooklyn, New York I love Jamaican food. There is not a week that goes by without me having at.least one Jamaican dish. Enjoy

Nikoline what if I told you that what you called soup is actually gravy and it’s oxtail gravy to be precise so it’s crazy that you don’t like the oxtail meat and you ate a piece from the “soup” I loved it! 🤣 Food in Jamaica is way more spicy I think they toned it down for the Kenyan tastebuds. 🇯🇲💯

Excellent vlog. My best friend and his daughter who is my Godchild are of Jamaican origin. I kind of grew up with curry goat, oxtail, fried dumplings, patties, ackee and saltfish etc... It's refreshing to watch you ladies experience my favourites for the first time. 10/10 - 0 Btw I love boudin antillais, a type of spicy blood sausage from Guadeloupe, a French Caribbean island. Lots of pilipili. I like fried blood pudding. I eat any blood product but it has to be well seasoned.

blood is delicious haha. we also eat blood sausage in estonia, traditional christmas food. in the UK and ireland they have something similar called black pudding. There is also a sweet nutrition bar called hematogen which became popular during soviet times and it is made from cow blood. one of my favorite snacks as a child :)

Hi Niko! Curry goat and Oxtail are the most popular 'eats' and real 'hot' topics on the ya'ad scene. And very expensive! Oxtail has now grown wings! frfr...The price is way out of sight here in Florida where I live. It was funny to hear ya'all refer to it as 'cow tail' though. Just don't make the mistake and call it that when you come to Jamaica...lol.
