Anything taken from this video needs to be used with permission.
Workout consisted of 8x4minutes with a 2 minute float recovery.
Athletes in the video are;
Zane Robertson (59.47 Half Marathon),
Thomas Longosiwa (Olympic Bronze in 5000m, 12.49 for 5000m)
Jairus Birech (7.58 Steeplechaser, Diamond League winner)
Wilson Kipsang (Previous Marathon World Record Holder, 58.59 1/2 Marathon, Olympic Bronze Medalist)
Solomon Mutai (3rd in the World Championships in the Marathon)

Ran like 3:33/km instead of 3:30 during recovery pace. Yes absolutely useless might as well go home and watch tv right? xD

+Rafael Oliveira You are right that is definitely not him. Doesn't look anything like him physically and his running style and gait is way different. He holds his arms super low when he runs the guy he labeled Kipsang has his a higher arm carriage. Great video though

That was believed a few years ago. In the meantime the vast majority of running experts found out that there are more important things to focus when running., e.g. cadence, not to overstride, posture and many more.

So funny when my friend asked me how many SIS Gels I take.... Look at this lot..... where's the water stations and free Gel tables..... Get used to being with out it !

Given this was only 9 miles and in about 45mins, they wouldn’t take gels. I’d also be surprised if your mate takes one for a 45min run. However, on their long runs a driver will drive beside them for the whole run and give gels/drinks at regular intervals.

You run 4 minutes 8 times, every time they finish 4 minutes, they slow down their pace to 5:15 min/mile

it's 8km @4min/km pace. Obviously only a couple of the runners were able to handle that pace throughout the workout.... You do understand that these runners are all on gear right? Juice. PEDs. Steriods. whatever you wanna call it; hence durianrider's comment.

No, they then do a Float Recovery/ 'Roll-on Recovery' which means they don't take a passive rest.
