if we cover all of Kenya's remaining 'would-be' green open spaces with concrete and mortar, what good is this to the environment? Just look at the barren landscape shown on this video, shouldn't these be open green spaces? Does Kenya needs more open green spaces and more tree cover than concrete? I believe it is our best interest to leave such open spaces as they are and tirelessly work to keep them green as much as possible and use these for tree cover so future generations can have a livable nation.

That 'land space' should be zoned and utilized properly, with strong priorities considered toward maintaining them as such ... vast open green spaces and natural areas. And you are correct on Kenya v. Texas. You can fit Kenya inside of Texas, but you can't fit the people of Kenya inside Texas because Kenya has much more peoples than all of Texas... so it is upon Kenya to vigorously maintain more open green spaces, invest in modern construction technologies for a greener present and future, and so that those other 100-million Kenyans coming in the future can have some semblance of a nation, and not a desert... to call home.

I have wasted alot of money with this rubbish, Naivasha, Nanyuki, Gilgil, mutaita and they're all rubbish. Don't buy land in Kenya before you see it yourself. Most of the land they sell is only for farming, how can you farm in a 50x100 plot?
