I think Kenzie did amazing despite the controversy. She was very happy to perform here and many were singing and dancing. I tried my best to keep the dancers and kenzie in frame because there isn't a lot of videos of them all in frame throughout the whole show. I liked the performance without knowing the words to her songs and I had a good time! I also sat down at one point because my legs were tired you can hear me say "oooh shit" at 20:51 bc I almost fell backwards 😂😂

I think she actually sounded pretty damn good... especially in “emoceans.” Her voice is starting to sound more mature and glad she’s doing a bit more dancing in this tour... as others have said... despite the controversy. She had a great attitude and just looks like she’s having fun! Edit: she sounds great during “ignore it” as well

she just needs to pick specific spots to sing to instead of wandering aimlessly. that's why she looks insecure or lacking confidence, it's because she doesn't know who to sing to and the lights are bright in her face. once she fixes that she's set.

I've stated this before about why I thought Kenzie needs to work on her confidence. You also have to remember most of the people didn't want to see her and she got a lot of hate. In most of the videos I've seen of her during the tour she looked stiff compared to places where people paid to really see her. She did an amazing job but to me it did look like she was very nervous

Yeah but confidence has a lot to do with how your voice sounds. If you aren't confident in your voice, you get nervous and nerves tighten the vocal chords, not allowing you to sing with stability and causing your voice to waver a lot. When you sing in confidence, the muscles in the throat loosen as you are not wound so tight, allowing you to hit notes and riffs freely and on key. That's why towards the end, her riffs are so beautiful (they were before but they're more loose and fluid now) because she's having fun and enjoying herself. Granted, you are right, she is only 15 and she is working on her voice, which is also why she's so great. The fact that her voice is this mature at this age is actually amazing, but it's only natural to improve. (I freaking love Kenzie and her entire existence with my whole heart, she's so freaking cute 💖) but yeah. I know you didn't really ask for this freaking essay smh but I just thought youd want to know. Prob not but still lol 🤷
