This might sound dramatic, but I feel like it’s worth saying as a non-fan: it’s been such a long time since I felt like idols were ‘magic’ like this. Its not any one thing, but the alignment of stage design, animation, lighting, song composition, expression work and ofc vocals that really elevate this song and stop it from becoming generic :’] I really understand how their fans must be feeling, it’s sad to think that this is their last song as a 9
