For anyway who's unsatisfied with the new line distribution, it's not just a random pick to choose who would get more lines. Dancing also interferes, you can't give the line to a member who's standing far away in the back or who's a part of different dance moves. It should be someone who's standing close to the former members in the original version or dancing with the same moves. If that's not the case then they have to change the whole formation and start from scratch, and it will get chaotic.

even though I also agree with this, I still don't understand why in wadada w1 give most of yeshiro's part to youngeun while they could have easily distribute some of it to yujin and hiyyih. It clearly show their favoritism to certain members for the second time (even after contract extension). I just hope the members with less lines will get fair distribution in other and newer songs.

​@troubledowntown there had been NINE members in the group, line distribution was already doing to be short, but it's out of balance when there are people with 30 seconds of singing and others with only 10. Being main vocal doesn't necessarily mean most of the song, it means the most important bits, like choruses, bridges, or high notes. The main vocal caries the vocal emphasis not just all the vocal lines. That's how you end up with groups that are x-member and friends. There are seven members now, it would make sense that the ones with fewer parts would get more of the now-available lines, not the ones who are already in the top half of the distribution.

wdym official? Mashiro and Yeseo left Kep1er officially after the Japan concert on mid July 2024 and went back to 143 Entertainment and will re-debut with Madein. This has been announced by Wakeone since May 2024. And it is Yujin not Yujih.

Why are y'all saying this isn't fair for Yujin? She literally got decent line despite being a dancer (same with Xiaoting) I just think W1 is trying to brand Hiyyih as a lead vocalist and Youngeun a main vocalist along with Chaehyun. Dayeon & Hikaru are the rap-dance duo, as usual. And Yujin and Xiaoting as lead dancers, sub-vocalists. I also think the company tried to brand Xiaoting as vocalist during Galileo era (she got a lot of lines even in the covers) But she suits the dancer position more. Just my opinion.

Since Kep1er debut, Yujin are mostly given chop up parts or nonimpactful part of the song to perform on Kep1er title tracks. She pretty much never was the MV focus or get outstanding part on Kep1er title track MVs. Yujin mostly dance on the back or on the side on the dance formation on stage, she was almost never dances on the dance break on Kep1er title tracks. A lot of the time even when it is Yujin part to sing, the camera would simply show another member or cut to a wide shot. It is not really a matter of being a sub vocal on the group or how many members there are in the group. If the company value every member of the group just as it should be, the company can still show a sub vocal part with a unique and memorable presentation, but Wakeone Entertainment simply did not do that with Yujin part on Kep1er songs since Kep1er debut. Wakeone simply do not give any spotlight to Yujin and never present her in any way to make Yujin stand out during her time as Kep1er member for the past 2 and a 1/2 years.

I think Wakeone staff and song producers made the final decision on this matter. I do not think any members who are leaving the group especially a temporary group like Kep1er can decide which other members would sing their original parts when Wakeone is not their original company.
