Brilliant. I feel confirmed in my experience of the empirical value of the Placidus House System. I also found very useful Louis' take on the Solar Return, that, he reckons, is better calculated for the natal coordinates. Until now, considering the Solar Return part of the yearly transits, I had cast the Solar Return for the coordinates of the place the person live. I immediately found greater relevance for my own life using the natal coordinates, when I am looking at the Solar Return by itself. I agree with Louis though that to use the Solar Return as a stand alone chart doesn't give as reliable results and that it is much better to compare it with the natal positions. Thank you for this great interview. Love Anthony Louis, so gifted and so humble, a true Virgo.

loved this interview. I think every type of astrology can work and each zodiac and house system, as it seems to be an art of symbolism and syncronicity that functions if one sticks to rules within any one system. It may be an error to applay rules for one system onto another?, if one practices tropical Astrology then follow its dignities and methods but avoid mixing it with a system based on siderial Astrology, I am unsure this can ever work. this needs study and trial.
