Hello Veena, Theeyal is one of my all-time favorite dishes. I live in the US, and every time my mom visits, I've had her make it for me. I've always wanted to learn how to make it but never got the chance. Today, thanks to you, I made theeyal with eggplant, and it turned out to be awesome.
