I’ve seen some improvement, but not to the degree that I thought. It’s been about 18 months and I’ve transitioned to PRP twice a year now. However, I’m thinking of switching to Keralase; but I really don’t want to start over again.

This was really helpful as I'm considering Keralasse. May I ask where your office is located?

What is the meaning of 6 in the statement that 6 monthly treatments are needed? Why are ongoing treatments beyond 6 not needed?
@ThePlasticLife11 ай бұрын
This is a great question. Once you start a treatment regimen it takes about 6 months to start to see the results. With Keralase, the treatments go up to that 6 month mark and then we watch

Can you recommend someone in IL that does Keralase like you?

Wish I could help! I’m not sure of anyone in IL giving Keralase treatments. Have you tried googling in your area?

How would this differ from TED and the infusions? Or say microneedling growth factors into the scalp? I see they sell the serums, but respect your professional advice. I do work for a MedSpa. Thank you

So does this regrow lost hair or not?
@ThePlasticLife Жыл бұрын
No, this treatment is the same as all other hair loss treatments. They all aim to help slow down the hair loss process or cause the hairs that are in the process of being lost to reverse and thicken again.
@DBZFan2 Жыл бұрын
@@ThePlasticLife so basically you are saying that a hair transplant is literally the only thing that can replace lost hair?
@ThePlasticLife Жыл бұрын
@@DBZFan2 thats correct. If there is only skin where hair once grew then a hair transplant is the only way to get hair back in that area. No amount of PRP, shampoos, finasteride or minoxidil will cause hair to grow again where there is only skin.
@DBZFan2 Жыл бұрын
@@ThePlasticLife but minoxidil is said to restore lost hair though, isn't it?
@ThePlasticLife Жыл бұрын
@@DBZFan2 that’s a common misconception that I hear in my office quite a bit. Minoxidil will help slow down your hair loss only. Minoxidil rubbed on skin only areas will not regrow new hairs. It will only make thinning hairs possibly thicker or slow down your hair loss.
