I am facing hair loss in the crown area and in enrich salon, they suggested me to either use loreal professional hair growth serum or kerastase hair growth treatment. I forgot about the products. Can you please suggest which one to go for and which shampoo can I use for both dandruff and hair fall? Please suggest either from loreal professional or kerastase. Also, if there is any conditioner which you feel I should use for my issues, please do suggest

I haven't used the L’Oréal product myself, so I can't give you a recommendation on that. However, I can say that Kerastase offers good products. If your hair fall is extreme, I would strongly suggest consulting a dermatologist. I hope it's not alopecia because, in that case, medication and topical treatments might be necessary. If your hair fall is moderate, you could try using Kerastase product. But for severe hair fall, seeing a dermatologist is the best course of action
