Kerbal Space Program but parts explode randomly...
Can I land a VTOL on top of the VAB safely without losing control? Let's find out!
This is another cursed KSP video where I code the game and try and complete various challenges.
In this video: Parts explode every 10 seconds. I need to land on the assembly building without losing control of my craft.

Or my glitch submarine which you have to fill with crew manualy because it's a bit to heavy if the kerbals start inside the submarine an explodes on the pad but somehow doesn't if it's empty

I have a suggestion for a plugin idea. Gravity of planets reversed, i.e strongest gravity planets get weakest gravity an vise versa. This would give gilly the strongest gravity in game. Fun for the whole family.

That's a good idea - I've done something similar where I flipped gravity. Usually I tend to go for something unpredictable - Landing on EVE with Gilly's gravity is cool but very predictable!

you doing this all wrong... just before the 10sec are over you need to ditch all the important parts so they are no longer part of the craft and and can't explode -> easy win :P

Having that many parts decoupling would be destabilizing in itself. Decoupling is a controlled explosion. You'd be replacing one big explosion with a bunch of smaller ones. Not to mention due to positioning, youd have to add some boosters to help get the parts off the craft.... in reality though once theyre off the ship its likely it'll not choose those parts anymore anyway

yo this actually looks really fun to have to react for random anomalies like this. I know there's a random failure mod but I like this set up of it almost being like a short mission and the craft looks perfect for this scenario. Can you upload the code for this pretty please? Or do as other comments ive seen here and post a tutorial, probably wouldn't be a bad thing for me to learn how to mod ksp. cheers

I'll definitely make a tutorial on this. I'm not sure I'll upload the code yet because I have possible plans for a patreon (they'll be there, but I want to make a lot of plugins first). I'll use this part failure mod as an example in the tutorial and I'll explain how it works!
