I achived similar looking graphica with a reahade, paralax obveously and scaterrer and some little fixes Like Planetshine. The reahade present is very Basic (i Just enabled layers and HDR). Hope i could Help :)

@@KSPGalaxtic reshade is a postprocessing engine(?)/programm, which allow you to add different filters and shaders to all games supporting dx9-12 vulkan and opengl. theres even a shader to use ssrtgi or screen space ratracing gi. so basically rtx in old games. just search for reshade its pretty simple to use.

If you're on pc you should use ckan, its a great mod manager just for ksp.

I just used a fresh install with collisions turned on. the mod seems to be buggy on some pcs tho which is why some planets are barren in the video

With all due respect, this is a very good module that brings it close to the effect of KSP2. But I won't use it because the effects on Laythe and Eve imply the existence of plants or life, but the original game only has rocks, and I prefer the documentary style. So I hope someone can make something similar, but only rocks😕

If you check on the page for parallax 2.0, there is a modification you can make that removes life on eve, but not laythe, but I also feel like it makes sense on layth but not so much eve because of the the laythe Easter egg with the whale skeleton.

You have to set every Graphic setting to the max if possible and make sure you turn on Terrain scatters. Make sure you follow the installation instructions properly because there are a couple things you will have to install to get the parallax mod to work. Some additional things. Scatterer, Planetshine, Environmental visual enhancements and stock visual enhancements are great mod to improve graphics.

I like Parallax but Eve looks really weird and unnatural (it is supposed to be equivalent to Venus, not some sci fun exoplanet with life) and I would really like to remove that from Eve and keep it for others.
