understand the word "kerhi" karhna, maens cook and cook and cook jaise doodh karho to khoya banta hai to ager kerhi 5 min main banne wali recipe hoti to kerhi na kehlati :) besan ziyadah ker do 5 min main tayyar per kerhi takes time you will never get the real taste with a quick one

To answer your question, no the rubber band won't melt as the melting point is very high. Also, in the video the potli ( bag) didn't open as the band held it in place.
