This is a *perfect* complementary single to Alchemise. Clearly the same aesthetic, but a different side, and speed. The production is so crisp and immaculate, and your voice is otherworldly, as always. In addition to your beautiful lyrics, you truly use your voice as an instrument, in that you are very playful and experimental with your singing. You have an unbelievably unique and gorgeous tone to begin with, but then you give us so many colors and textures of your voice as well. So brilliant and emotional. Just marvelous and wonderful and astonishing. I don't mean to compare you at all, but I think you and Aurora would have a great songwriting session together. You're both very spiritual artists, and both appreciate the contrast between a soft ethereal sound, and a hard commanding sound. Lastly, I personally believe "Keep It Close" with Seven Lions is one of your best songs and vocal performances. I regularly listen to Shadow Works. 10/10 album. Even a lot of the songs on Love Is Dead is still brilliant to this day. I'm so excited for everything new you have planned!

All I can say is ... wow! The depth, layering, texturing, and complexity of this song are just incredible. It all comes together into a sonic masterpiece that so unique and fresh, but as other folks have said, provides a very ethereal feel that works so well.
