I do agree but mere good intentions of love should not exclude "justice." This crisis started when local populations were dispossessed of their lands without compensation and their lands were given to cronies and foreigners. Casamance has zircon mines while the people are poor without any investment in schools or healthcare. The revolt started thru peaceful means and people were massacred in 1981. I witnessed it! The conflict destroyed the south and was also cause of instability in Guinea-Bissau and the Gambia... Yes for African Unity we need rules and transparent government.
