I've liked Lisa Vidal since the movie *_I LIKE IT LIKE THAT_***. She and her sisters. The youngest was in *LIFE WITH MIKEY_* and Nickelodeon's *_TAINA_*. Lisa was in 3rd watch, being mary jane, and so many more. I see her everywhere. Probably ny undercover or some law and order eps, though I don't know for sure, but ny is a small town for actors, especially in the 90s. Maybe she worked with spike lee?
