More good stuff, Kerry. A suggestion for you: pick one location in CANADA and one in the USA and walk us thru the basic steps that would identify realistic, practical but creative manufactured home options *for that location* and than how one would determine the site prep as well as regulatory needs for buying and placing each of them. I see many of your viewers trying to get from the Wow Factor to the practical. You could do each location separately if you wished.

This video reminds of sometime in January 2019 , back then, I met a girl crying over a job she'd lost. I took pity upon her for two reasons, first was she was young and the other is that , she was completely ignorant about PASSIVE INCOME. "No need to cry over spilled milk"if you have a passive income stream. Now I let people know of the importance of having a passive income stream,than relying solely on paycheck. I believed why the girl cried that hard, was because she has no way of making money and also she failed to grow part of her salary when she had a job.
@zuiderduinmila97803 жыл бұрын
You are correct, many people rely on there paychecks forgetting something may happen at any time. They world, is a place full of surprises. It throws things at us when we least expect it. About the story you've just shared with us , they moral lesson for whom so ever that reads it , should be " for sustainability and comfort have a passive income stream, never rely on one source of income".

@Becker Emil There are a lot of ways to make money from the comfort of your home, to me having an investment is the best way to save your money and make good returns while doing it. It is also a good way of building a strong portfolio that would sustain you and your husband althrough your retirement. You should also know that, when you grow your money you are securing a good future for your kids and grandkids too.

I don’t understand who would pay $545,000 for a manufactured home when you can build it for same or less. In my area when you list it for sale you have to say manufactured home as opposed to single family and it would also be less valuable.
