Having lived in Europe my whole life (English by birth) but lived in Holland , Germany, and 12 years in Poland now. Trust me Kerry, in Europe "What size" is a perfectly normal everywhere every day question. I'm guessing then that its true, everything in America is just one size =BIG. Maybe you should google what a Cappuccino is-there most certainly are different sizes. A cappuccino is made by layering 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 foam on top.
