Love you videos- they are so encouraging! We are in the very early stage(planning) of house renovation and I was wondering whether you could do a video of how to actually approach renovation (early stages). Who to contact first, whether concept design from the architect is enough or it is better to pay for a detailed design. When electricians/plumbers need to be contacted, what builders usually take full control of/and what they expect from you, is it worth hiring a designer, etc. Fully appreciate it depends on the project but thought I’d ask about your experience. Thanks!

Is the water from the tumble dryer drawer at the top connected to a waste pipe or do you have to empty the drawer manually?

@@Scorpio_moon74 It is a condensing machine - some have the option for the condensate to drain from the drawer with a hose into the waste water piping rather than taking out the drawer to empty in the sink . . hence the question.
