I would think that you don't want a locking blade be easy to unlock. This critique point makes me want one even more now.

It's more difficulty of accessing the lockbar while intentionally trying to manipulate the lock as opposed to what you're getting at (which I think is you want a knife with a secure lockup)

Picked it up at Walmart. One handed deployment is tricky unless you use a hard wrist flick or slow roll. Action is stiff out of the box and oiling hasn’t help much. Pivot screw is very tight and I stripped the head. Heating the pivot didn’t help. The tip is off center but not rubbing. Detent is a bit too much. No jimping. Thin behind the edge with a hollow grind. Not the best value.

I wonder if a little dab of JB weld steelstick would work to secure that spring carabiner clip (since I don't think there's enough wire sticking through to peen over)

Thanks for another great review! I was planning on purchasing the Reverb but after watching this video I changed my mind completely so, for about the same price, I decided to go with the new Leatherman Skeletool KB. They look similar, but there's no comparison in quality, plus the weight is only 42 gram and the bottle opener is integrated to the pocket clip.

I was close to getting this knife. Got a Real Steel Megalodon from Blades of Oz and needed something to qualify for free shipping. Ended up getting the Kershaw Fraxion, which is real bad. Looks like I would have been screwed no matter which one I chose lol. Next time I'll just pay the damn shipping. At least the Megalodon is really good. Unrelated, but I'm too excited to keep it in - John Grimsmo just emailed me to tell my my Rask is ready to be shipped out. WooooOOOOooooO!!!

I have a megalodon which has horrible qc issues and my kershaw fraxion is amazing and a much better knife. Maybe you just got a defective one

looks like a weak ripoff of the sanrenmu 710 (if im not mistaken on the model number) At least the sanrenmu has a damn flipper.
