All these apps wasn't even on our phones yet. I remember going to soho almost every week after school and looking at what the ppl were wearing. I follow different people now but 2017 that shit was getting out of hand as far as the Jerry boy niggas and gildan printed shirts and those conceited kids making weak ass jeans printed flannels and such lmao. Now there’s an over saturation of these fucking grailed "archivist" since maybe 2017 who flex knowing a lot about RaF and a few others after copping one piece it’s disgusting tbh. Scroll down Tresrare and you’ll see the same type of person over and over again and the same pieces. When I discovered tresrares page in 2017 I was in fucking love but as I’ve discovered a lot of designers through my own personal research scrolling down pages like that regardless of how well people dress makes me want to vomit. Overconsumption doesn’t equate to a stylist person 9/10 But then you can also have guys like Kerwin, Luka, Miketheruler, Ian, and Rocky who ship a lot but buy pieces that are art pieces and continue to set them apart.

So much respect for the fact that they where vintage. As a vintage reseller the common misconception of wearing used clothes being "gross" is so irritating since there are so many easy ways to clean/stain treat/mend clothing. It's nice to see someone on such a high level giving voice to buying sustainably too.

this is literally heaven for late 20 somethings who are in the fluxes of feeling young, and old; being the last tumblr, and first IG generation; seeing how quickly culture evolves. 2012 seems like it was yesterday. We are literally the first internet generation, so theres no other generation that can understand how we feel, in how quickly culture evolves in this time. because how quickly culture evolves now, weve seen Asap go from the young up and coming Tumblr artist into a savant speaking as a grandfather of a generation that is arms length away, and at the same time literally ages ago.
