And how the hell are you going to compare this to what Akutagawa went through? Dazai trained Akutagawa this way to make Aku stronger, do you actually think Dazai wants Q to become stronger? I also doubt Dazai tried to make Q control their ability, otherwise Q wouldn't be locked up all the time. Q was, and still is, a walking disaster, killing aimlessly without thinking twice about it. It was necessary to lock them up, we've seen the chaos Q created: 1. killed many kids in the orphanage they lived in prior to being taken into the PM (source: age fifteen manga latest chapters) 2. Chuuya's friends/ comrades that died, which just proves how Q can't be trusted since they're even killing allies 3. If Q falls into the wrong hands the whole Guild fiasco will happen again, in other words a whole infection can be caused. Q is a character destined for misfortune, and I do sympathize with the, however your analysis on Q's relationship with Dazai is built on 0 evidence, making it an untrustworthy source.

Well yes, Q didn't think twice before acting, But don't you think Q is just a child, his mind is not mature yet, and he never wants this power, although it won't change the fact that he has killed many people with his superpowers, which is unforgivable. And yes, the PM is a bad place for Q, but don't you think they tried to tame them? Q is a valuable asset if they didn't go feral so much, the PM most likely did try to 'fix' Q, but it probably didn't work. In the end, the PM will be the safest place for Q. Other organizations would exploit and abuse them or they'd be experimented on by the government. And it's not like the PM is locking them up for sadistic motives, they lock Q up because they're an uncontrollable being. Q does what they want whenever they want. Without supervision they'd go berserk. And in a world where abilities are exploited, who would actually take in such a gruesome ability and care for it, WITHOUT getting infected by the ability by the way! If anything it's a good think Q is locked up. Less targets on them and less people will be at risk of their ability.
