I will explain Samantha Robinson her lyrics are basically antichrist. ".....we don't need forgiveness....if there's a Heaven don't care if we get in". We all need forgiveness for what we have done, murdering, lying, stealing, lust etc, and the only way to get forgiveness is asking Jesus to wash us clean with His blood believe what He did on that Cross. Sure the message may look happy and helpful, but it's much deeper than that because it goes against Jesus, your king, your God, the one who died for you, for everybody. I am Christian and I know this song isn't meant for Christians because it's against Jesus. Hope that helps.

The lyric about not needing forgiveness is saying that if being who you are is "sinning", then why would you support the religion that invalidates who you are intrinsically. Also the lyric about not wanting heaven is related to what I said before. guys, as a christian myself... i ask for everyone to be respectful to each other. If you believe or not in God is your business, so can we try not to force beliefs on each other? i don't even think this song is referring to an actual religion. I think the meaning for "religion" in this song is referring to a specific way of living... and she's talking about living life your own way, the way you want it to be. Even if not everyone agrees on that certain way of living, you remember it's not their way, it's yours. And there are people like you all around the world who can relate. The wonderful people who says it's not good that she sings about not going to heaven and having no religion just needs love, because that is the only thing that can make something that doesn't feels good all the time better. It has helped you, religious people, to think that it's not good. You felt totally perfect, finding what fit you and all that felt wrong and bad.
