+Joyce Kelley I think there's more to it than meets the eye. The courts are independent and saw all the evidence and arguments before ruling in favour of Sony and Dr Luke. Kesha claims to have first been raped when she was 18, I think it's odd that she waited so long to come out about this, if it's even true. She wasn't a prisoner, she had ample opportunity to seek help over the best part of a decade. It's not like she's in some little village in Afghanistan! I think she made a false accusations simply to try and get out of her contract. I was a big fan of Kesha and think it's terrible that she could accuse someone falsely. Mud sticks, and now Dr Luke will always be considered a rapist by many people despite what the courts ruled.
