When the hopes of ultra expensive apartment complexes and it's flat owners lie on a bridge that is going to be constructed on a toxic drain by a third party in a ppp model and you know that the bridge is the only hope of all the residents to be connected to a relatively more affluent neighborhood and the IT offices then you should question the viability of that location and not when the bridge is going to be complete
