How big the Airport they built is just a plan. But what his speech is bringing to the listeners is not so great. If there is message that is unique then it would be beneficial to others.

You don't have to build a terminal that serves 100 Mn people in the same hour. Passenger traffic at ports is measured on an annual basis. DXB airport is built to serve ~90 Mn people. Mumbai Airport T2 is not even half of that. A lot of scope for improvement, and very much doable.

OMG can you at least listen to it properly. The airport has no walls. Imagine your house without walls standing only on pillars. The entire concept and blue print for architecture graph changes.
