So happy he is getting things worked out and I know you have to be so crazy excited to see him, but I would bet he is wrestling with some big feelings about leaving his 2 year commitment early. Hopefully he gets to go back, but I would think having your mind set on a 2 year mission and then cutting that super short, even for a while, brings up a lot of mixed emotions for him. Praying all goes well!!

Gall bladder removals are a breeze now. Had mine removed like 10 yrs ago. I was so happy once it was removed. The pain is horrible. Glad you made the choice to come home and heal. 😊

Brock, the recovery is really easy. Also, stay away from anything with fat in it. I've had gall stones and then the surgery. If you watch your fat intake, you will prevent attacks until you can get the surgery. Good luck with it!

I had my gallbladder removed when I was 16. Gallbladder pain is probably the worst pain ever experienced (coming from someone with multiple medical issues). The surgery takes about 45-60 minutes long and is typically outpatient. The recovery of the operation can take as long as two weeks bc of the gas that they use to inflate ur stomach, however it took me about a week. I hope this comment helps with any uncertainty or anxiety, and I am hoping for great success to both Brock and Boston. I hope they can start feeling better soon!!

Having my gallbladder removed was honestly the BEST thing I ever did! Gallstones are the worst and I’ve felt like a new WOMAN since I had mine removed in may/June!!

Brock I totally understand. I get gallbladder pain and it comes on so suddenly and so so sharp. Once I was in so much pain that I was crying and begging my mum to take me to the emergency room. I had a blood test and ultrasound done to hopefully find answers. Nothing came from them so I have to get some more tests to find the cause. But I understand it is such an uncomfortable type of pain. Best wishes to you Brock and I hope it all gets sorted soon ❤

I had gallstones their terrible just get it taken out you’ll be fine!! It’s easy- I felt fine a few days after! Just sore. No more attacks when you get it taken out!!

Although I don’t know the severity, If he eats raw shredded beets, takes digestive enzymes, and does a 1-2 liver flushes, he won’t need surgery. The body is made to heal itself, and with the right nutrition he can fully recover his gallbladder. My sister had gallbladder attacks at a young age and was able to fully recover doing these things, and fast. The 2 flushes will remove the stones, while the enzymes produce more bile. And the beets help protect the liver and stimulate the flow of bile to break down fat. This same situation has happened to 2 members in my family. Hopefully one of you see this🙏🏼praying for fast recovery with which ever route he takes.

I had gallbladder surgery, I’d say the recovery time is closer to 2 weeks. I think after 1 week you do start to feel a lot better than the first few days but it still hurts to use your abdomen. The first two weeks you also can’t lift anything more than 8-10 lbs. It took at least a month to feel completely back to normal

gallbladder attacks are ROUGH!! I do shots of apple cider vinegar and it helps a ton for the pain. 1-2 tbs in some water every 20 mins. tastes horrible but helps.

My daughter takes digestive enzymes with each meal. The brand that works for her is Digest Gold by Enzymedica. She also takes lecithin daily with meals which helps break down fats in your diet. When she has an attack which only happens when she doesn’t take her supplements regularly,about once a year, then she drinks apple juice and fresh squeezed lemon water for a few days and eats just bland food like rice and mashed potatoes for a day or so. Eating smaller meals during an attack helps also. 20:53 She has tried different brands of digestive enzymes but this brand has a larger variety of enzymes. She orders hers from Amazon. Gallstones are def miserable.. if you have the surgery and you continue to have pain like that make sure nothing is going on with your pancreas Brock...I had my gallbladder removed and the pain I was having kept getting worse I was the Dr I had at the time misdiagnosed me for 4 years and as soon as I couldn't take it anymore I was taken to the ER and the ER Dr knew immediately and they did lab work to make sure and it was my pancreas but since had been going on so long it was already chronic pancreatitis. With the gallstones I did have one lodged in the pancreatic duct. Hopefully yours is just the gallbladder I wldnt wish the pancreas pain on anyone at all but just inase u continue to have issue I wanted to let u know
