Jennie’s versatility is actually insane 🤯🔥 The duality between 'ZEN' and 'Love Hangover' is WILD-she went from a fierce warrior queen to an unserious drama queen trying to die in the dumbest ways. Meanwhile, that poor guy was on the verge of a breakdown. The song itself? Perfection. Jennie’s velvety vocals were mesmerizing, and Dominic’s rap fit so effortlessly. I was not prepared to see Jennie die so many times. But, as with many artists I love, the lyrics are much darker than the video suggests. I was impressed with Zen too, and mantra when it left. I really really love to see this new side of it. Great breakdown dg. BP girls continue to show their versatility and talent. They are doing things that are new and unexpected. Yen and Hangover are night and day, but both very artistic. Thank you, as always, for your hard work to send us these interpretations, although many videos are blocked so often! 💗🤣👏

Great reaction, sisters. It's great to watch the MV a few times. It's a great concept. But it's also essential to then LISTEN to the track without the soundscape. The song is a banger, which is somewhat buried in the movie production sound layers. And the Dominic Fike rap part is CUT short in the MV! Another thing. So far, the new Jennie songs are all Buddhist-themed. Mantra, obviously. Zen. Natch. And with this tune, the concept of rebirth, where we keep living and dying still making the same mistakes. And never learning from them. And, think about it, the album is called Ruby. In Buddhism, rubies symbolise wisdom and compassion, and are often associated with the heart. They are commonly used in statues of Amitabha Buddha, the Buddha of Infinite Light. That's my theory, anyway.
