so apparently there's a theory going around that the girls in this MV are evil alien doppelgangers and Giselle is trying to essentially keep themselves from drawing too much attention so she turns back time near the end to reset everything. not sure if this is at all correct though, since we see the effects of Winter's tornado she creates at the end but im curious to see how other ppl interpret this! always love your reactions, keep them coming!!

Interesting theory about the time👀 I feel like she messed up the timeline at the end. Giselle shifts from two different times as the end of the music video while the earth is experiencing high winds which could either be caused by winter causing a tornado or perhaps from Giselle messing with the earth’s rotation too much.

I believe that the event they are talking about is the event horizon, which is a boundary that exists around a black hole, where all the laws of physics cannot be taken into account because nothing exists on that boundary. Black holes can be the result of a supernova, which is nothing more than the explosion of a star at the end of its life.

now I’ll explain a little the plot of this mv: i think of all the members, only Giselle is real, all the others are lookalikes. This can be understood from Karina’s remark: “my lookalike, who are you?” during the mv, Karina’s, Winter’s and NingNing’s lookalikes, with their new abilities, created chaos in the city (Winter was spinning on a tower, NingNing set fire to the flat and Karina broke the car), Giselle got angry and turned back time (her ability) so that the girls would not destroy the city and she was able to stop them. And that funny moment with talking faces in the photo, most likely this is lookalikes or AI characters or something like that (these are just my thoughts and opinions 🙏🏻 but I think it makes sense + i hope i explain clearly, cause my english is bad, if something is wrong let me know )

To me it looks like they're all alien (aelien ?) versions of Aespa members with superpowers. Aliens powered by supernova energy that is highly destructive for Earth and these aliens are mischevious. I feel like Giselle was living on Earth peacefully, trying to blend in, she has a flat, a phone And then the other 3 members came for her because they are "feeling each other's presence" and so they could have fun on Earth. Karina is talking about discord which is obviously a reference to the social network app connecting people but could symbolize the chaotic relation they have with Giselle. Karina seems to be looking everywhere even under cars, Ningning looking for her in the streets, Winter flying around to spot Giselle. The "that tick that tick tick bomb" is like an ultimatum, a menace that they're gonna blow up. Then Karina breaks Giselle phone, Ningning destroys her flat, not sure about Winter... Even tho Giselle tries to avoid them with her powers she's very weak, probably from this infinite battle or a previous meeting with the others. She faints at the beginning when using her power, she has a cast, she's like in a transe when turning back time during the bridge.... Giselle also says "won't dare touch it" like she protects this world and the others respond "no one ever will" like "if we can't have it, no one ever will" so they destroy it ! I also feel like Giselle could have forgotten where she comes from and don't realize she's also a supernova, the second verse is all about having questions, seeking its origin, etc... And in the Bridge Winter talks about her invisible force (gravity power, manipulating air which is invisible) and she's asking herself about if she should "reach out (her) hand to you" as Wnter isn't seen attacking directly Giselle she may be trying a more peacefull approach but "you" can also mean "reaching my hand to Earth" and so not destroy everything

This song is so awesome, because the amount of layers in the sound. This is one of the best produced-by-Dem Jointz songs. But also the MV, the attitude, the looks, the funny bits. If this is the prerelease, I cannot imagine what the TT is gonna be. Aespa really keeps being the most creative SM-produced group as a whole, and that's incredible, after being a little left on the sidelines. Since "MY World", this is aespa's world. I'm a little late to the party. Just found your "Whiplash" reaction and loved it. Had to check out more. The "WHY ARE YOU FLYING!?" had me in tears 🤣🤣 This is still one of their best songs I think. There is so much theory, but in this MV aespa become an Creatures from outside the earth who have different Strengths / ability. Karina (who messed the car) : Physical strength Ningning (Who burned down the apartment) : Pyrokinesis Winter (The one that spins around in the tower) : Air control / Levitation.
