I am so sending my lights in! one of my lights the fan tries to spin but wont and seems to spin freely. the other does not fire up at all, Thank you for you're services. I feel Kessil should put u on pay roll. Great lights but I'm seeing so many people with issues.

Would you be able to show how one would go about to replace the fan? Quite a few people talked about noctua fans.

I haven't had a need to replace a fan on an a306x yet. I've done some on older models. Next time I get one in, I'll make sure to take a look.

Its easy just dig In from the top. needle nose and a 2m Allen wrench will get it done. carful not to tear the rubber post with the fan is held by.

How does someone reach out about possibly fixing a couple kessils

I have a Kessil 360 X and it will just shut off after a few hours of working, then comeback on, slowly but surely it was happening more and more often until it simply does not work anymore. I spoke with Kessil, they stated they would charge a 100 dollars to diagnosis it and I asked does the money go towards the repair and they said no, so now the repair is a hundred oh yeah 500 to repair so I did not do it. This light was barely used and if it was it was moon light.

I know this is old but all Kessil dense matrix LED boards are made by them so you likely wont be able to find one available anywhere but direct from them.... or a unit being sold for parts.
