Kestrel nest 2023-06-03

The male shows some unusual behavior, seems mainly aimed at 1 of the young who contradicts quite a bit. The result is that the chicks stay a bit more out of sight against the back wall, perhaps that was the intention.

Het mannetje toont wat ongewoon gedrag, lijkt voornamelijk gericht op 1 van de jongen die behoorlijk tegenspreekt. Het gevolg is wel dat de jongen zich wat meer uit zicht tegen de achterwand ophouden, misschien was dat ook wel de bedoeling.
