there are a ton of things addicts abuse, some aren't even drugs. that doesnt diminish positive therapeutic benefits. maybe if people had access to care like ketamine infusions we'd have less abuse from self-medication.

@@RobkeeRobkee Most legal drugs have lots of side effects that can lead to several health issues and problems in the long-run but they're still being prescribed even if they can cause harm, even taken as prescribed. Stimulants, acetaminophen, benzodiapines, DXM, opioids, etc. And alcohol is even worst. I think ketamine is a wonder drug just like many hallucinogens but the black market sure is disgusting for the cutting agents.
