Fantastic. This is the kind of content we need to make us appreciate our culture without becoming a nationalist. You achieved the balance and that's commendable P.S. I've been to some other countries, tried their authentic food. Trust me it's very different from what's found in India as foreign food. I really like them and I didn't even get to eat most of them as I'm a vegetarian. The noodles you get in Vietnam, Thailand Cambodia etc are just amazing. These places were also french colonies and I tasted authentic bakery items such as croissants, donuts etc. (They are the best😎) even the plain bread is like clouds. The average bread in India resembles a sponge, very rough though much cheaper. Anyway if you are a foodie and aren't too rich and want to travel abroad, I'll highly recommend Vietnam (espicially ho chi Minh City and Hanoi)
