A couple of tips that might help. 1. I take any keto approved milk and add 1 tbsp of vinegar per cup of milk to the milk, stir, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Perfect buttermilk replacement! 2. I use unsweetened dried cranberries instead of raisins. Much lower in carbs! I get mine off of Amazon! Hope these tips help!

Thrilled to get this recipe and try it as I’ve not had it nor baked it since I went keto. I just got the einkorn flour and will be making your VKF with it! Do I remember correctly you saying that version is what you are now using in all your recipes? (the version with the einkorn flour). I want to try the recipes with it before I invest in the $400 grinder you have on your counter. I’m still trying to lose weight on keto and frankly I’m a bit afraid of adding back in a wheat flour bread. But am particularly interested in einkorn sourdough starter and recipes Did you master that starter yet? Again bless you got all you do and share

I'm just wondering if you used the 9 X 4 inch pan because I am making this today also sorry I don't use evaporated milk or mixture can I use coconut milk or heavy cream....or even regular A2 milk....thanks so muchJulianna

I use a monk fruit allulose blend I also have straight monk fruit ...we cannot use the others (truvia, Xylitol etc) due to reactions ...Do you think it will over-brown with the monkallulose blend ? Thank you and have a blessed Sunday!

Very good bread and i got it correct in texture. Tested a bread from you with dry yeast and it got deformation all 3 times i tested it

I made a loaf using your NSKF 2.0 w/Pecan flour. It really gives the loaf a rustic look and texture. I used my family's recipe just subbing out the flour.

I have pullman loaf pan, with the three small holes on the bottom. I thought that was the same as what you use for baking this recipe. I baked the lemon pound cake recipe from your site in that pan but the holes just made a mess in the oven. Im wondering if the parchment paper would prevent this?

I find it easier and faster to simply grate cold (semi frozen is even better) into the flour. Easier and faster than using a pastry cutter.

What about cottage cheese onion dill bread? Often made in a round casserole dish but loaf might work better with your batter.

Victoria, I'm looking at making some homemade Golden Oreos (and probably the Great Value Strawberry Creme version, as well...same cookie, different flavored filling). I've found a recipe that uses coconut flour (by Janet’s Delicious Low Carb Kitchen). Can I replace the coconut flour with your flour cup for cup? I'm using the version just before the einkorn transition. Thanks for your help! :)
