I tried this recipe and can say its very good :) I tried with marcarpone and cream cheese. Mascarpone was definitely better. Instread of erythritol I used liquid stevia which worked out fine.

Honestly you are by far the best source for Keto recipes. I've done numerous of your recipes, and they always turn out fantastic. I really love the techniques. For instance, whipping the egg whites for cake batters. So simple, but it makes ALL the difference when making Keto cakes. Somehow your recipes make me forget I'm eating low carb. Thank you so, SO much. My husband and I loved this recipe. Next time we will try the mascarpone variation!

I did it few times. Best Keto desert ever even for non Keto family members. Congratulations for this recipe and thank you so much for sharing it! Just a little thing in the list of ingredients the tablespoon of coffee is not mentionned in the first mix but it is in the video. Personnally I put 2 Tablespoons of espresso as I like so much the coffee taste. Again thank you!!!

I tried the recipe and enjoyed every step although it took me good two hours for some reason. It was delicious in principle, but I had a few questions to what I may have applied wrong. 1. The base cake had a noticeable egg taste 2. Overall there was a hint of a sour taste ( not sure if it’s from the tartar cream or the cream cheese) I would love to hear your feedback and thank you again for the delicious challenge . I want to make it again and feel the improvement. Many thanks !

Hi Rana! You can add more vanilla extract and bake it a bit longer (around 2-3mins more) if you find it eggy. I’m not sure about the sour taste, this is the first time I received a comment that it has a sour taste.

Hi Neelam, you can definitely use monkfruit and just adjust it acdg to your preference. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried naking the almond cake without the eggs. But you can substitute it with Bob Red Mills Egg Replacement.❤️
