Honestly, Himeko's voiceline during the final boss when you use the astral express attack gives me goosebumps everytime. It's just the way she puts her HEART AND SOUL into that voiceline. The voice actors actually smashed it during the entirety of Penacony, not to mention how intriguing the story was in itself. I'm so excited to see what the next story on the next planet will bring.

And to add a little more to this, they are not expys actually. That's a wrongly used term, expy means basically exported character, the only expy in Star Rail is Welt since he is the only one that is actually the same character he was in Honkai Impact, he was literally exported from Hi3. Acheron and him say it themselves, you might find "the same person" in different worldS, but they are not, those persons are their own individuals and while sharing similarities in personality, some part of their stories and sometimes fates, they are not the same.

pier point is the headquarters of the ipc it has a planar sphere and everything, and according to the wiki Oswaldo Schnider is a former nameless who joined the ipc, he's the head of The Marketing Development Department which is the department that is responsible for spreading the company's influence across the star systems, and the xianzhou alliance consider him very dangerous to their operations, so kinda continuing the theme in the game where there's good and bad aspects to every path in the game

About Oswaldo Schneider - he's from the IPC's marketing department. We hear about him in the Simulated Universe. There's also, indeed, various versions of Raiden Mei in the Honkai series. • Raiden Mei (Honkai Impact 3rd) • Raiden Shogun (Genshin Impact) • Raiden Mei/Acheron (Honkai Star Rail). Other characters that exist in other games: • Bronya (And Silver Wolf who's a different version of Bronya) • Selle (And maybe Xuei who might be another Selle alternative. Look at Seele from Impact 3rd and you'll see why) • Sushang (and her phoenix, who was a whole character in Impact 3rd) • Himeko (RIP) • Welt (He's not an alternative of the Impact 3rd Wekt though. He IS the Impact 3rd Welt and he has travelled from there to Honkai Star Rail • Kafka (only an item though if i remember correctly) • Yangqing (As an adult) • Luocha (Impact 3rd antagonist) And those are the ones I remember now. Genshin Impact might, maybe, slso have some but Genshin is a bit more seperated from Impact 3rd than HSR is. I'm also not an Impact 3rd player so if there's anyone else I forgot or I said some mistake feel free to correct me. Also, I do know Stelle and Caelus are related to Kiana and Kevin but considering Acheron's conversations with Welt and Tiernen there was already a Kiana who died and a Kevin who was killed by Acheron in this world. I think. So our trailblazers might not be a direct alternative version of Kiana and Kevin.

I also think Frebass (nameless who went inside of IX, Acheron's friend, the pioneer relic set lore talks about it) might be a Kaslana , but the parallels with MC are big too (Acheron's memories of who we remind her of, the Kaslana baseball bat, preservation Caelus looks a lot like Kevin and his greatsword). I have a feeling that the larger game arc is going to take us inside of Nihility, especially since we've probably gotta get every path eventually. I'm guessing that will be last but it's what I'm most excited for. Also if you've done the Chadwick side quest from 2.0 you'll know why Boothill is so eager to hunt Oswaldo down...

Surviving a black hole is a possibility in this world of fiction, and I won't pass up any opportunity to play as them Edit: I just remembered that there was this guy in Herta's Space Station that is trying to find his girlfriend, who got stuck in a blackhole. She can be saved, but due to the Interstellar bullshit and time dilation, when he'll reach her, the guy will be old af, while she doesn't age much. Welt also used a black hole against Sirin in Hi3 manga to buy time, turning seconds into minutes. By that logic, we can save Freebass from IX, and she would think that she's gone for an hour or so.

Hey so obviously I'm not at the end of the video yet so maybe you have caught on but there was a few things you seemed confused about so hopefully this will help! About Raiden Mei: So you are right in saying that Raiden B Mei and Raiden Shogun look similar. This is because they are both expys (a design copy/reference) to 'Raiden Mei', who is one of the core 3 in Honkai Impact. Raiden B Mei and Raiden Mei have lore links, as they experienced similar stories to one another in their worlds - the only difference being that Raiden B Mei kinda got the bad ending where everyone (from what we can tell) died. A lot of different worlds on this thing called the 'Imaginary tree' has version of characters that look the same with some examples in HSR being: Raiden, Bronya, Seele, Natasha, Luocha, Sushang, Janqing, Silver Wolf (Bronnie), Kafka etc etc - as these characters share designs of characters (or stigmas which are their 'relics') from Honkai Impact. Plus, Raiden Shogun is also known as 'Ei' with her Sister being Makoto. Together being Raiden (M)Ei. About the Story: Everything we experienced had already happened before 2.0 but we lost against Sunday where he put us in Ena's Dream. When he put us in Ena's Dream, not everything was perfect which is why we talked to Acheron before arriving in Penacony (during the start of 2.0) - If we realised it was a dream then we would of woken up. 2.0-2.2 is us reliving everything again in a Dream (like a second loop) but the ending was "happy" to avoid us from realising it was a dream and waking up. All of the second loop happened during a small moment when we got knocked down by Sunday - so in the real dreamscape it was only a few seconds or minutes. Also whenever we saw red text, it was something that we recognised as an event that you remember has already happened - we just never caught on it was a dream. Got to say, as corny as it sounded, I love the last line from the Trailblazer basically saying, "Life slumbers because we wake from dreams". Despite Sunday saying he had to mature, he is the most childish character in the game. He never let go of his childhood dream of wanting a paradise for everyone - even though it is realistically not possible. Once the TB says that final line, Sunday realised the flaw in his Dream not wanting to let go of it saying "The night is too short" - but finally giving up on it when Robin "catches" him.

I like the interpretation about Sunday. I don’t think he’s the most childish, that’s kind of an exaggeration. He was definitely childlike for wanting his dream, but his approach to obtain was the most logical and “mature.” With his method, the “perfect paradise” was definitely possible and would’ve worked.

Although I kinda disagree that his method would have worked - humans have opinions that will naturally conflict, which would disrupt a perfect paradise. So the only way to make it “perfect” would be to take freedom of choice away, which isn’t perfect and more like a prison than paradise. Hoyo has kinda showed that this kind of plan wouldn’t work twice now. Once with Sunday and the other being Kevin in HI3rd. Both plans were extremely similar and failed. (Although Kevin knew it was one of the worst ways to save humanity, so he tried everything in his power to save them in a different way over a period of 50,000 years)

@@UniversalRose thing is, his method would’ve worked if we weren’t there to begin with. Everyone in the paradise would’ve been stuck there living their dream without knowing it. Humans also naturally choose the path of least resistance. A normal person would’ve never realized they were forever dreaming, since they were happy, and that’s all that mattered to them. It was the “perfect paradise” in that sense, since everyone wouldn’t be aware in first place that they even lacked freedom of choice. It was only because we were invited and showed up that the plan failed.

Kets, Raiden Mei is the original character from GGZ and Honkai Impact 3rd. Hoyo usually makes variants of the characters from this 2 games in their other games. Raiden Ei (from Genshin) and Raiden Bosenmori Mei (Acheron) are variants of the "original" Raiden Mei but they are not conected, it's just a multiverse thing. That's also why Welt (who is from the Honkai Impact 3rd universe and got into the Honkai Star Rail universe while being the same guy, like, he's not a variant he's IS the og Welt) wanted to check if she was the og Mei or another variant in their conversation. They talked about similar events but different outcomes in their respective universes.

I think penacony is def the best world we have so far story wise and it makes me so excited for the future of the game 🎉 Also a side note: if you go the most south teleport in the grand theatre and walk down the hallway you will get a text from robin and it unlocks a mini (mostly unvoiced) quest. Once you get what she asks you to, the item will trigger a few extra voicelines from two characters. Once you get the item you gotta go back to the same south hallway and find her disguised on the side of the left entrance. Again its a super mini quest but it does give you some more context as to what happened to sunday and robin after their fall 👍

Eh, wasn't his dream to achieve an ideal world where everyone could live their lives to the fullest without needing to worry about survival? As the above reply stated, he was using the power of the Order to sustain it (because the Harmony could not) "If your paradise can save more people, sever my path with your hands" To that end, he doesn't care so much about the means, because what truly mattered to him was achieving the ideal world (he doesn't mind the sacrifice to become the lone ruler in his dream; for another example, just look at how much he favors the dream, the escape from reality)

Kets, Pier Point was where Silver Wolf was headed after her companion mission. It's basically where IPC headquarters is. Similarly, though this is not mentioned in the main story or sidequests, but it is mentioned in the game, Oswaldo Shneider is basically the boss of the IPC, or more exactly, according to the wiki "Head of Interastral Peace Corporation Marketing Development Department, Level P47"

He's also in charge of operating the Cosmic Big Lotto, which we see as a Curio in the Simulated Universe

"Raiden Mei" is a character originally from gun girl Z and later honkai impact 3rd that Raiden shogun and Acheron are based of. I guess its more accurate to say, that they are distinct incarnations of the same character in different worlds. Acheron is much more a Raiden Mei than Raiden Shogun though, directly referencing her journey and personality in hi3 in various points in the Penacony story

Kets, unlike the other tanks aventurine is better in the middle than the sides, he needs to get hit for his follow up stacks and ultimate. You usually put character that need energy on each of his sides. You should also use as soon as possible aventurine’s ultimate, not only for the debuff for Acheron but it will also create/strengthen his shields.
