I tested it out in training and I could only get the altered version of Astra's ult to play once, even when I was spamming the ult over and over again, it only played the default animation, thought I had completely imagined the altered version

The vampires are definitely upcoming characters, but not after Eve. After Eve it's Anby's turn. Anby Silver Soldier (long name, I say we use the initials because it's way funnier) is up, along with Pulchra, Burnice's favorite kitty, and Trigger of Obol Squad. Patch 1.6 looks to be Obol Squad's patch actually. Anby and Trigger were drip marketed so Soldier 11 is finally get a full team.
