Kettle Valley Railway Documentary from Life Network broadcast in 1997

A short Documentary on the history of the Kettle Valley Railway in the Okanagan Originally Broadcast in 1997.
Pulled from VHS Tape of 1997 broadcast of Life Network
I'm unable to find what this program originally aired as, and all of the credits in the end scroll do not show up on imdb for anything produced in the mid 90s, and the company that produced it no longer seems to be in business, so if anyone knows, please comment.

The series was called "Discovering Canada By Rail". There was an official VHS release in 1999 by Superior Home Video of a 10 volume set. I don't know about it's airing history though. RIP Gordon Pinsent (1930 - 2023).
