This seems cool! I will have to try this eventually, I’m still going strong on the KB to 5K program =)

@@improvingISAAC That is so good to hear Issac. Since you already have some KB experience, I think you’d really enjoy this workout. Once your running 5K’s for fun, throw in some of these MATRIX workouts for more fun 👍🏼

Competition style KB's are much better for workout.

@@RezoUI I totally agree. I love the competition KBs the most. That’s how I started kettlebells, learning from Steve Cotter.

Hey Coach Aaron. Great video. Quick question. Why do you recommend capping at 5. Would it still work if I cap at 8 or 10
@Thekettlebelldude11 күн бұрын
Thank you 🙏🏼. For strength and conditioning I recommend capping at 5 reps to allow for quality reps, unburdened by fatigue. The high total volume, and complex format allows for a conditioning effect as well. To answer your question on capping to 8 or 10. You sure can. It changes the effect of the workout to hypertrophy. God speed if you choose to do a 5 CAP 10 🥵. God bless 🙏🏼😁
